Nathalie Le Prohon is the Vice President, Healthcare Industry, for IBM Canada. She rejoined IBM in 2016 to lead a national team of industry professionals dedicated to working with clients in their Healthcare transformation journey.

Ms. Le Prohon is passionate about transforming care delivery to ensure better health outcomes for all Canadians. Having successfully battled breast cancer twice, Ms. Le Prohon knows first hand the challenges within the Canadian health care system. She is frequently asked to share her personal journey and to discuss IBM’s transformational solutions designed to deliver better health, value and engagement.

Ms. Le Prohon has over 30 years of extensive experience in management and strategic planning. She began her career at IBM Canada and has held several management and executive positions including Vice President Strategic Outsourcing Sales, IBM Global Services.

After leaving IBM, Ms. Le Prohon was President of Nokia Canada in 2003 and 2004.

Since 2007, Ms. Le Prohon is a full time director for various public and private entities and not-for-profit organizations. She is a director of 5N Plus (vnp.to) and serves as the Chair of the Governance and Compensation Committee. She is also a director of BlackRock Metals, Casavant Frères and Make-A-Wish Québec.

Ms. Le Prohon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Major in MIS) from McGill University, an MBA from Concordia University and was named Concordia University ‘Alumna of the Year’ in 2009. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has attained corporate governance certification at McGill University in 2009. She was honoured in 2013 by the MBA Association of Québec, and is a member of this association.

Shelley Gilberg leads IBM Canada's Global Services division for Healthcare. She began her career in Behavioural Health and she has 22 years of experience in Health and Human Services in the community sector, government, and private sector. Her front line expertise, combined with her financial background and senior public servant experience, uniquely position her to help Canadian healthcare clients with complex transformations.
