IBM CICS Performance Analyzer for z/OS features

Performance and statistics data collection

Collect and use data from CICS® and all connected sub-systems including IBM® Db2®, IBM IMS™ and IBM WebSphere® MQ. All metrics in CICS Transaction Server are supported, including the metrics for application and platform. Historical Database (HDB) provides a flexible and easy-to-use facility for collecting and managing historical performance data.

Use Performance Analyzer to help evaluate CICS system efficiency, eliminate system bottlenecks, and proactively tune system performance including threadsafe analysis. Transaction profiling functions provide trend analysis and highlight changes in key performance metrics. And, available distribution reports help your service-level management team identify out-of-line transactions.

Flexible plug-in for CICS Explorer

Leverage IBM CICS Performance Analyzer access to performance data, statistics, and statistics alerts for custom report filters and graphical and tabular views for deep analysis. Contextual integration with other plug-ins adds insight and speeds task completion for a broad set of data needs.
