I'm receiving the error: "The system cannot process your request because the transaction has been idle for too long"

This error usually occurs:

What should I do if I receive this error: "The user account is locked"

Due to security reasons the account is locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. You can reset your IBMid password for immediate access here.
