Running a Modern Project – Agile
Introduce students to the benefits of using Agile practices.

Students learn the definition of Agile and are then presented with examples of how to use this methodology. After learning the basics, students participate in two Agile activities to enhance their understanding of the practices they have learned.
Audience: Ages 11-14 (Middle grade students)

Introduce Agile to students through a presentation and fun, hands-on activities.

Students learn how to work in collaborative and effective ways.
What do I need to know about this activity?
- This activity can be done in a classroom, an after-school program, or at a community youth center.
- Many volunteers who are familiar with Agile have skills that are beneficial for this activity.
- Volunteers should enjoy working with groups of students, and have presentation and facilitation skills.
- The activity takes 40 minutes and requires 2 hours to prepare.
