Aleksandra (Saška) Mojsilović is a scientist, Head of Trusted AI Foundations at IBM Research, Co-Director of IBM Science for Social Good, and IBM Fellow. She is a Fellow of the IEEE and a member of the IBM Academy of Technology. Saška received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia. Prior to joining IBM Research, Saška was a member of the faculty at the University of Belgrade, and a Member of Technical Staff at the Bell Laboratories, Murray Hill, New Jersey. Saška has spent last two decades pursuing innovative applications of data science, machine learning and AI in real-world challenges. She has applied her skills to problems in business analytics, IT operations, healthcare, multimedia, finance, HR, economics, and social good. She is currently working on creating cutting-edge technical solutions for ethical, trustworthy, and transparent AI. Saška is the author of over 100 publications and holds 16 patents. Her work has been recognized with several awards including IEEE Signal Processing Society Young Author Best Paper Award, INFORMS Wagner Prize, IBM Extraordinary Accomplishment Award, and IBM Gerstner Prize.

Wolfgang Wendt is responsible for IBM Central & Eastern Europe as General Manager since beginning of 2019. Central to this role is to lead all sales across the IBM portfolio, integrating the teams and bringing value to IBM's clients and Business Partners across this region, including Russia/CIS, Poland and Baltics, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and the remaining Adriatic region.

Prior to that, Wolfgang was responsible as Member of the Board for IBM Germany for Sales in Germany, Switzerland and Austria with around $4B revenue responsibility. In this role he is driving the revenue, signing and expense targets and long-term business development. Until mid of 2017 Wolfgang was Vice President, IBM Systems Hardware Sales, with a focus on Europe. In this tole he was responsible for the infrastructure portfolio of IBM, covering physical and software defined server and storage infrastructures, and is particularly focused on helping clients achieve business agility through the deployment of hybrid cloud and analytics to enable their digital transformation. Prior to this position, Wolfgang was Vice President, IBM Systems Hardware Sales for a region spanning Austria, Germany and Switzerland. In recent years, Wolfgang has held a number of roles, including Vice President Mainframe S_a_l_e_s_ _b_a_s_e_d_ _i_n_ _S_h_a_n_g_h_a_i_/_C_h_i_n_a_ _f_o_r_ _I_B_M_’s_ _G_r_o_w_t_h_ _M_a_r_k_e_t_s_ _i_n_ _A_s_i_a_,_ _A_u_s_t_r_a_l_i_a_,_ _E_a_s_t_e_r_n_ _E_u_r_o_p_e_,_ _Africa and Latin America, as well as Vice President for Mainframe Hardware, Software and Services in Germany. Prior to that, Wolfgang managed the relationship with Deutsche Telekom and the global relationship with Daimler-Benz, with responsibility for sales to Mercedes-Benz production plants worldwide. Wolfgang joined IBM in 1991, having previously completed University Studies in Computer Science and Economics, and undertaken a number of Business consulting projects.

Since end of 2019, Stefan Lutz is leading the transformation program to integrate IBM Services on a global level, on behalf of the IBM Global Management Board and reporting to the SVP Mark Foster.

Before this latest mission he was for three years Member of the Management Board of IBM Germany and led the IBM Global Business Services (GBS) business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). Prior to this role, Stefan Lutz was General Manager of IBM Global Business Services’ Industrial Sector division in Europe. In this position Mr. Lutz was responsible for IBM’s consulting, IT and business process services portfolio across the Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals & Petroleum and Discrete Manufacturing industries.

With almost 25 years consulting experience with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and ABB Management Consulting, he led engagements with clients around the world and held different executive management positions incl. P&L responsibility. As a resident of Munich, Germany, Stefan holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Würzburg. He engaged in post-graduate studies at Stanford University, IMD Business School and SAID Business School at University of Oxford.

Diana Ürge-Vorsatz is a Professor at the Department of Environmental Sciences and Policy, at the Central European University (CEU). and Vice Chair of Working Group III (Mitigation) of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). She holds a Ph.D. from the University of California (Los Angeles and Berkeley). She served as the Acting Head of Department in 2002-2003 and directed the PhD program in 2003 – 2004. She was a Visiting Professor at the International Christian University of Tokyo and a Research Scholar at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA).

DUV was a Coordinating Lead Author in both the Fourth and Fifth Assessment Reports (AR4 and AR5) of the IPCC. She served on the United Nation’s Scientific Expert Group on Climate Change, and led the buildings-related work in the Global Energy Assessment. She has worked on and directed many research projects for organisations including the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Global Environment Facility, UNEP, the World Energy Council, OECD, the World Bank. She has been serving on the Governing and Advisory boards of several organizations, including Innogy (RWE), the Austrian Climate and Energy Fund (KLIEN), the European Climate Foundation (ECF), and the UK Energy Research Centre (UKERC), and the NGO Clean Air Action Group (Chair). She is regularly invited to high-level review panels, such as for the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory; the EU’s Joint Research Centre, and several panels in the European Research Council. She has delivered over 50 keynote speeches worldwide, appears on a weekly basis in the media. She received the Hungarian Republic’s Presidential Award “Medium Cross” in 2008, as well as the “Role Model” award in 2009.

The expertise of this team spans from application development and data analytics tooling to Watson AI services and security software. The Cloud Technical Sales team brings together all business and technical expertise around the IBM cloud offerings.

Ralph´s personal business focus is on the use of new technologies to change customer business models combining the power of cloud with expertise in data analytics and AI. He has a technology background from previous management and professional roles. He managed the Wireless e-business organisation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and also worked as chief architect in the IBM´s Mobile e-Business Advanced Technical Support Center in La Gaude, France.

Prior to these roles he was a research associate at the International Center for Advanced Internet Research in Chicago, USA and has led the IBM Asia-Pacific software technical sales team from Shanghai, China.

Flick has a wealth of expertise and experience throughout her career and her insights and perspective are refreshing. She also is an advocate of driving STEM skills in to the younger generation and is an active mentor and coach to the next generation of technologists. This year she won the Women in IT, Security Champion of the Year due to her diligence and focus on Resilience.

She also is passionate about Personal Resilience, and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider supporting her work colleagues, she lives in Winchester with her family, three dogs and not enough motorbikes!
