As IBM Distinguished Engineer he is a key technical leader for IBM XForce Protection Platform, Security Services. A believer in Secure by Design concepts he has incorporated automation to enable security technologies and services at cloud speed. He works with team at IBM Security Services to design, deliver and scale security solutions throughout our client base to create solutions and enable service delivery to meet global IBM Client demands including emerging EU GDPR and complex cloud security requirements. Srini also takes keen interest in IBM Corporate Citizenship program, Technical Vitality, Innovation activities and contributing to community giveback activities and STEM programs. Cyrus started his career in the IBM Research and Development Lab in Boeblingen in Germany as a developer and architect focusing on data protection solution for Databases ad Applications, SAP being one of them. After 5 years he changed roles to worldwide Technical and Sales Enablement for Storage, holding enablement sessions and presented at leading conferences. 12 years later moved into the role of an Offering Manager. Today he is leading the cyber resilience portfolio of IBM Services from an Offering Management perspective.

He has an innate ability to push the boundaries that form the foundation to achieve outstanding results. His deep knowledge of Software Defined Networks (SDN) and automation has changed how we operate and deliver world-class services to our customers. Hamza has been the lead architect on key IBM Resiliency Services projects like the LAN/WAN Upgrade project, SD-WAN Project, SDN and Automation Project, and the NMS project that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to process 16 Million events per day.
