Ginni Rometty

Chairman, President, and CEO, IBM

Ginni Rometty began her career with IBM in 1981 in Detroit. Since then she has held a series of leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president and group executive, IBM sales, marketing, and strategy.
Earlier she served as senior vice president, IBM Global Business Services, where she led the successful integration of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. This acquisition was the largest in professional services history, creating a global team of more than 100,000 business consultants and services experts.
Mrs. Rometty serves on the Council on Foreign Relations, the board of trustees of Northwestern University, and the board of overseers and board of managers of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with high honors, in computer science and electrical engineering from Northwestern University.

Bob leads the company's Digital Strategy & Platforms; Digital Sales & Routes to Market; Developer Advocacy and Venture Groups; Client Experience; and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) & Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) solutions. He has a wealth of experience in leading businesses through transformation. Before joining IBM, Bob was President of AOL, where he oversaw the company's unified global advertising operations and previously served as CEO of AOL's flagship technology group, AOL Platforms. Prior to AOL, Bob was Global CEO of Razorfish, one of the early web design and digital agencies. Bob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in engineering from Syracuse University. He serves on the Boards of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Screenvision Media.

As executive director of The Linux Foundation, he uses this experience to accelerate innovation through the use of open source and Linux, and works with companies to help define the future of computing on the server, in the cloud, and on mobile devices.

Dr. Marcelo Labre

Executive Director, Morgan Stanley

Marcelo Labre is Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, working on model risk management. Prior to that he was Head of Model Risk at OnDeck Capital, and Head of Quant Analytics and Market Data for OCBC Bank prior to that, while also serving as Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School.

Marcelo held positions at Standard Bank as Managing Director and ING Bank as Director for a total of 9 years, both as Head of Quantitative Analytics based in London (United Kingdom) while also managing teams across three continents. While in the U.K., he was a member of the faculty at London Business School and earned a PhD in Mathematical Finance from Imperial College London and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.

Marcelo has extensive experience both as a practitioner and in academia in traditional quantitative finance as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Andre Fuetsch

President - AT&T Labs and Chief Technology Officer, AT&T

Andre oversees the global technology direction for AT&T. This includes network planning, the company's innovation road map, AT&T Labs, AT&T Foundry, and the intellectual property organization. He is directing design of the company's 5G wireless infrastructure and software-defined networking (SDN) initiative, and leads AT&T's push into open source software, open standards, and developer engagement.
