As Vice President of Engineering for Merlin International, Tej Luthra leads building cybersecurity solutions in the field of Identity, Endpoint and User Visibility, Threat and Kill Chain Analysis, Automation and Risk & Compliance. Prior, Tej was with IBM for 8 years as GTA Executive. Before that 3 years at Netflix building BI Practice, DevOPS Automation, and Cloud Migration.

Kristina Spess

Program Director, WAS/WXS Technical Support and Cloud Client Programs (CCAC and InnerCircle), IBM

Kristi Spess is a 20 year IBMer with experience from contract negotiations to finance to technical support. Currently Kristi runs the Websphere, Liberty, Runtimes and Java Technical Support teams. She also runs the InnerCircle program for IBM along with leading the Engineer Enablement and Effectiveness program for Support. Kristi currently resides in Austin, Texas with her husband, dog and two children.

Arvind Krishna

Senior Vice President, Cloud and Cognitive Software, IBM

Arvind Krishna is senior vice president, Hybrid Cloud, and director of IBM Research. In this role, he leads the company's hybrid cloud business, including strategy, product design, offering development, marketing, sales and service. He also guides IBM's technical strategy in core and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, cloud platform services, data-driven solutions and blockchain. Previous roles include general manager of IBM Systems and Technology Group development and manufacturing, general manager of IBM Information Management and vice president of strategy for IBM Software. Arvind has an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is the recipient of a distinguished alumni award from the University of Illinois, is the co-author of 15 patents, has been the editor of IEEE and ACM journals, and has published extensively.

Felix Marx has joined Truata as CEO to advance its goal of furthering consumers control over their data as envisioned by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), while enabling businesses to better serve their customers through data-led decisions.

Most recently, Marx served as executive vice president, services for Mastercard in Asia Pacific.
