Jeanette Barlow is the VP of Offering Management and Strategy for Watson Supply Chain at IBM. In this role, she and her team are responsible for bringing solutions to market that help today’s Supply Chain professionals achieve a more transparent and intelligent supply chain -- from AI-powered supply chain visibility to driving B2B operational efficiencies and optimizing supplier data exchange to global inventory and order fulfillment orchestration across all customer engagement channels. Jeanette has a long history bringing industry firsts to market with Lotus and then later IBM. Jeanette is a graduate from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Marshall Lamb

Distinguished Engineer and CTO, Watson Supply Chain, IBM

Marshall Lamb is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Technology Officer for Watson Supply Chain within the Watson Customer Engagement business unit where he owns technical strategy and engineering execution. His offerings focus on business-to-business collaboration through secure data interchange as well as providing Watson-infused insights and analytics on supply chain data. Before his current position, he was the Chief Architect for IBM Connections Cloud for 8 years, where his responsibilities included strategic partnerships as well as overseeing the SaaS physical and logical architecture, including its DevOps practice, deployment and operations, performance, high availability, and scalability characteristics. Marshall joined IBM in 1991 after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a double major in math and computer science.

Manuel Fernandez

Group Chief Technology Officer, Li & Fung (Trading) Ltd.

Manuel Fernandez is Group Chief Technology Officer of Li & Fung, a position he has held since March 2006. He is responsible for the strategic technology direction and leadership to all IT heads within the Fung Group including Convenience Retail Asia Limited, Trinity Limited, Global Brands Group Holding Limited and Li & Fung Limited. He also leads the Global Transactional Services team at Li & Fung.

Michael Blinzler

Michael serves as Leggett & Platt's CIO. He began his career at Leggett as a Programmer in 1986. Michael achieved Certified Public Accountant in 1998 and Certified Information Systems Auditor in 2016. He earned a M.S. in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas in 2010. He also holds B.S. Degrees from Missouri Southern State University in Computer Science and in Accounting.

Mylene Ortiz

Mylene Ortiz joined Petco as a technical writer in 2014 for the OMNIWeb project; for her, it was always computers. She has played just about every role throughout her career: programmer, operator, business analyst, tester, consultant, and manager - across various industries, including lumber, petroleum and chemical, financial, medical devices, and most recently, retail. Her current role is Sr. Business Process/System Analyst for the IT Supply Chain group, with a primary focus on EDI.
