Stephan is the head of E-Commerce at Intertoys, the largest toy retailer in the Netherlands. As previous retail business owner, game and technology enthusiast, he leads the E-commerce department, working with his team, organization and external partners such as IBM to provide a customer journey that is as much fun as the products offers.

Ann-Marie Darrough

Director, Offering Management, Commerce Solutions, IBM

Ann-Marie Darrough leads the product teams for IBM WebSphere Commerce and Digital Commerce as well as the Pricing and Promotions solutions. In her 19 years at IBM, Ann-Marie has led teams in offering management, lab services, technical sales and sales with a focus on driving innovation and client success.

Jay Henderson

Director Offering Management, Watson Marketing, IBM

Jay is the executive in charge of IBM’s personalized marketing business. Jay’s team runs IBM Marketing Software (heritage Unica products), IBM Watson Campaign Automation (heritage Silverpop and Xtify products), Watson Real-Time Personalization, and IBM Media Optimizer. His team is responsible for driving the strategy and defining the offerings.

Jay has over twenty years’ experience in cross-channel marketing, customer analytics, digital analytics, and marketing technology. He came to IBM through its acquisition of Unica. Prior to joining Unica, Jay ran marketing at text mining innovator ClearForest (acquired by Reuters) and served in various marketing roles at predictive analytics leader SPSS (also part of IBM), and web analytics pioneer NetGenesis. Jay holds degrees from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and the Sorbonne (Paris IV).

Mark Simpson

VP Offering Management - Watson Commerce & Watson Marketing, IBM

Mark is Vice President of Offering Management and Strategy or Watson Marketing and Watson Commerce, responsible for driving the vision, strategy and product direction for IBMs marketing and commerce solutions.

Previously, Mark founded Maxymiser, the recognized leader in Customer Experience Optimization (acquired by Oracle) and has spent 20+ years in Marketing and Software
