Diane Gherson is the CHRO of IBM, a global cloud, technology and services company spanning 170 countries with more than 360,000 employees worldwide. As a member of the top leadership team, she has worldwide responsibility for the company's people and culture including HR offerings, workforce skills, leadership, and employee experience.

Barbry McGann

SVP Product Management, Workday

Barbry McGann is senior vice president of products at Workday, where she leads product management for Workday's applications including Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Student.

Barbry joined Workday in 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience in product management and strategy. Prior to Workday, Barbry held several key product strategy, product marketing, and executive positions in leading enterprise software companies and start-ups including PeopleSoft, Oracle, and C3. At Oracle, Barbry was group vice president of product management for the CRM Division, responsible for product strategy, product management, and operations totaling $1.2 billion. Most recently, Barbry was a product strategy and management consultant for Medidata, Verizon, and New Relic.

Barbry holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Pat Wadors joined ServiceNow in September 2017 and serves as the Chief Talent Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer for ServiceNow. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Wadors was Senior Vice President Global Talent Organization at LinkedIn where her focus was on recruiting and developing top talent, driving organizational transformation, supporting a highly engaged workforce and growing LinkedIn’s global footprint. Additionally, Wadors held human resources leadership positions at Plantronics, Yahoo!, Align Technology and Applied Materials. Wadors earned her B.S. in business management with a concentration in human resources management and a minor in psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
