Imperial College (UK) and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (FR) graduate, Stephane started his career in project finance for large-scale infrastructure projects in Asia-Pacific for a French bank, Caisse des Depots et Consignations. Stephane then moved to strategy consulting and spent 7 years with A.T. Kearney focusing on the luxury and FMCG industries on strategic planning and operations topics.
For the past 12 years, Stephane has worked in the cosmetics industry for Shiseido and L'Oreal as Operations Director. During the last 2 years, Stephane has been managing the digital transformation of L'Oreal operations on a world-wide basis, combining new technologies to develop new business models and to meet more and more demanding customers requests. Stephane's passion is to lead large-scale complex transformation projects involving strategic planning, technologies and change management.
Beyond his responsibility at L'Oreal, Stephane is also Board Member of Hub IA France.
