Since 2012, Jack McCarthy has been responsible for establishing strategies and direction for technology in the NJ Courts. Jack works closely with the leadership team of the judiciary to digitially transform and innovate business processes. Jack began his career as a probation officer, worked on the original case management systems, worked in information security, and led the judiciary business analysis unit before becoming CIO.

Arvind Krishna

Senior Vice President, Cloud and Cognitive Software, IBM

Arvind Krishna is senior vice president, Hybrid Cloud, and director of IBM Research. In this role, he leads the company's hybrid cloud business, including strategy, product design, offering development, marketing, sales and service. He also guides IBM's technical strategy in core and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, cloud platform services, data-driven solutions and blockchain. Previous roles include general manager of IBM Systems and Technology Group development and manufacturing, general manager of IBM Information Management and vice president of strategy for IBM Software. Arvind has an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is the recipient of a distinguished alumni award from the University of Illinois, is the co-author of 15 patents, has been the editor of IEEE and ACM journals, and has published extensively.

Robert Thomas

General Manager, IBM Analytics, IBM

Rob Thomas is a global software executive, with extensive experience in analytics, data, cloud, and digital transformation. Mr. Thomas is currently the General Manager of IBM Analytics, IBM's software unit focused on data management, data governance, data science and machine learning, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence.
In his current role, Mr. Thomas is responsible for all aspects of IBM's Analytics software, including product strategy, engineering, support, services, and sales & marketing. Mr. Thomas also has responsibility for appliance manufacturing and software development sites around the world, including the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, China, and India. Mr. Thomas' previous roles include management responsibility for IBM's engineering services and semiconductor business in Asia Pacific. Based in Tokyo, Japan, he was responsible for this $1B operation, which included custom product design and manufacturing.

Dr. Dario Gil

Director of IBM Research, IBM

Dr. Dario Gil is the Chief Operating Officer of IBM Research, a global organization with over 3,000 researchers across 13 laboratories and 21 locations devoted to advancing the frontiers of information technology. As COO, Dr. Gil is responsible for guiding the strategic agenda of IBM Research, defining IBM's annual Global Technology Outlook, driving operations and financial plan execution, and establishing partnerships with companies and universities worldwide. As the Vice President of AI and Quantum Computing, Dr. Gil is also responsible for IBM's global research efforts in artificial intelligence and for IBM's quantum computing program. He co-chairs the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab along with Professor Anantha Chandrakasan, Dean of the MIT School of Engineering. Dr. Gil's research results have appeared in over 20 international journals and conferences and he is the author of numerous patents. Dr. Gil is an elected member of the IBM Academy of Technology.

Reena Ganga

Reena Ganga is a Senior UX Designer at IBM's Silicon Valley Lab, creating experiences for next generation analytics products. She's developing new ways of interacting with data using augmented reality to help data scientists uncover insights faster. Reena previously worked in the television and travel industries, a multi-disciplinary background that helps her develop innovative design approaches.

Guy Taylor

Guy Taylor is a full-stack data scientist with a strong focus on contribution to business innovation and driving behavior change. Having established a substantial portfolio of accomplishments in start-up and entrepreneurial ventures, Guy has assumed the role of Executive Head of Data-Driven Intelligence in Nedbank as part of the Enterprise Data Services team. Guy has headed up and incubated data science teams in the FinTech and EdTech space.

Kelly is a Director in KPMG's Emerging Technology Risk practice with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation platforms. She has led and executed engagements across a range of industries and sectors including Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, and Healthcare. Kelly has also delivered a wide range of traditional and innovative solutions to her clients including emerging technologies (i.e., mobile, cloud, Intelligent Automation) risk assessments, technology enabled business process reviews and controls integration, IT audit support for Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Statement Audits, IT Internal Audit projects over emerging technologies, Service Organization Control (SOC) reporting, and various other risk and compliance related engagements. In addition, Kelly has experience with medium-large sized clients with complex IT environments (40+ systems).
