Working in the BI space for over 15 years, Sam has worked in numerous industries, including financial services, telecommunication, media, automotive and healthcare, while advising companies on how to strategically manage their data more effectively. Sam recently presented IBM as a speaker at the recent Gartner Data & Analytics Summit

He has spent the past decade engaging with IBM Cognos customers through roles in customer support, demonstrations and enablement, and product management. He has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
