James Chorosevic, Vice President & Chief Technology Officer of Joseph T. Ryerson Son Inc., has more than 30 years of IT experience and has worked in transportation, retail and metals distribution industries. Jim is a business and technology executive that has focused companies to be more competitive, operationally efficient, and ready to leverage technology to expand new markets. Among his significant accomplishments, Jim is experienced in building strong client relationships within the business, while optimizing IT delivery performance. During his tenure at Ryerson Jim has led the development of integrating three major ERP platforms, as well as the construction of a state-of-the art data center environment in Lisle, Illinois. He is currently involved in a major technical upgrade of Ryerson’s SAP ERP platform. Chorosevic holds a BS in Business Administration–Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University and a MBA from Fontbonne University-Eckelkamp College of Global Business

He has extensive experience in multiple facets of software product development from technology direction, product engineering, sustenance engineering and quality assurance.
