Supply Chain

Delivering what customers need, when and where they need it is a challenge organizations have to meet every day. Doing that during times of disruption may require smarter fulfillment processes and technology to adapt to changing situations. There are a myriad of challenges: inventory is dispersed across networks, customers may require new ways of pick-up or delivery, and new customers and suppliers must be brought seamlessly into the order orchestration process. Join this session to learn how IBM clients are evolving the way they meet these new demands while continuing to keep customer promises.
