He has worked in implementation, customer service and product management roles working with enterprise clients in their journey of global transformation. Sudhir leads the offering management role for the Order Management suite of products within IBM Sterling Supply Chain portfolio.
Jennifer Clark comes to IBM with over 25 years in Product Marketing and Customer Experience Excellence. She most recently worked for a $1.4 Billion Dollar fin-tech company specializing in account receivables’ management solutions. And, at that company, Jennifer was fortunate enough to spend her time with one of their largest customers, a large North American office supply company. She gained tremendous insight into supply chain and order management. Jennifer’s passion is delighting customers by creating dynamic experiences – this also makes her a great fit for IBM Sterling Order Management Software.
