Ginni Rometty

Chairman, President, and CEO, IBM

Ginni Rometty began her career with IBM in 1981 in Detroit. Since then she has held a series of leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president and group executive, IBM sales, marketing, and strategy.

Earlier she served as senior vice president, IBM Global Business Services, where she led the successful integration of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. This acquisition was the largest in professional services history, creating a global team of more than 100,000 business consultants and services experts.

Mrs. Rometty serves on the Council on Foreign Relations, the board of trustees of Northwestern University, and the board of overseers and board of managers of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with high honors, in computer science and electrical engineering from Northwestern University.

Lowell C. McAdam

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Verizon Communications

Lowell C. McAdam is chairman and chief executive officer of Verizon Communications, a leading provider
of wireless, fiber-optic and global Internet networks and services. He was named CEO on Aug. 1, 2011,
and chairman on Jan. 1, 2012.
Prior to that, McAdam was Verizon’s president and COO, with responsibility for wireline and wireless
operations. He was also responsible for internal services and the technology management and CIO
functions.
Under his leadership as CEO, Verizon took over complete ownership of Verizon Wireless by purchasing
Vodafone’s 45 percent stake in the company, positioning Verizon for a new phase of wireless growth. He
is also leading the company’s push into growth markets in the Internet of Things and digital media. In
April 2017, Verizon launched Oath, formed from the company’s acquisition of AOL and Yahoo, which
houses more than 50 digital and technology brands that together engage more than 1 billion people
worldwide.

Dave McKay

President & Chief Executive Officer, RBC

Dave McKay is President and CEO of RBC, Canada’s biggest bank, and one of the largest in the world based on market capitalization. Dave is credited with helping transform the bank’s retail division and introduce new technology that has enabled RBC to adapt and evolve to rapidly-changing consumer demands. Appointed President and CEO in 2014, the following year he led the acquisition of City National Corporation, creating a platform for growth with institutional, corporate and high net worth clients in the U.S.

Dave started his career at RBC in 1988 as a computer programmer before moving to the organization’s retail banking arm. He then held progressively senior roles in Canada and Japan in retail and business banking, group risk management, and corporate banking, ultimately becoming Group Head, Personal & Commercial Banking in 2012. Dave was named ‘Retail Banker of the Year’ in 2012 and 2015 by Retail Banker International.

Michael White

CEO-designate, IBM-Maersk Joint Venture, IBM-Maersk Joint Venture

Mike White manages the Global Trade Digitization organization for Maersk. He is responsible for a global team which aims to establish a global platform to facilitate trade and create more transparency, efficiency and security within supply chains. GTD is a major step in our commitment to solve the problems our customers face in getting real-time visibility in their supply chain and the lack of standards of moving goods internationally.
