Inhi Cho Suh is the GM of Watson Customer Engagement. Inhi is responsible for driving a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of digital experience, marketing, order management and supply chain solutions, infusing AI, machine learning and analytics capabilities. Previously, Inhi was the GM for IBM Collaboration Solutions, responsible for launching the first AI-enabled conversational collaboration solutions. Prior to ICS, Inhi was the head of IBM Analytics Strategy & Business Development. She led the partnerships with Twitter, Box and acquisition of The Weather Company. Inhi co-chairs IBM’s Global Women Diversity Initiative. She was recognized by Aragon Research for top Women in Technology and the California Professional Business Women’s Association. She was featured as one of the top IBM rock stars by BusinessInsider News and has been featured on the cover of Working Mother. In her more than 25 years with IBM, Marie has held a variety of technical and executive roles in IBM's hardware, software, and services units. She is passion-ate about innovation from diverse teams and driving business impact from new technologies.
In January 2017, Marie was named into her current position as general manager of Blockchain, which is poised to transform business processes and transac-tions. Marie is responsible for IBM’s participation in the Hyperledger project and in building an open blockchain ecosystem for developers and service providers, and to create and run enterprise blockchain networks and solutions.
Marie holds an M.B.A. from New York University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University and a B.S. in Engineering from The Cooper Union. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).

As Vice President of Direct Marketing for Ticketmaster, Jen is coupling her agency digital marketing expertise with 10+ years of working with hundreds of professional sports franchises, arenas, amphitheaters, casinos and higher education institutions. Jen's current focus is on provisioning Ticketmaster's latest industry-leading email and marking automation platform, called tmEngage. tmEngage is powered by IBM and is designed to help Ticketmaster clients better engage with their fans to drive event awareness and ultimately more ticket sales.
Prior to joining Ticketmaster, Jen has worked in senior level sales and marketing roles within Ovations Food Services, tickets.com, FanOne Marketing and New Era Tickets. Jen also began her career in sports working for World Tennis Teams.
