He leads the company to assist clients to transform and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities particularly around IBM Watson/AI and the cloud platform in the AI era. He is a Fund Allocation Committee member in the Community Chest, and a member of the Hong Kong Computer Society Council. He also serves as a member of the Innovation and Information Management Programme Advisory Board of Faculty of Business and Economics, The University of Hong Kong. 09:40am	-	Keynote: Starting Your Digital Reinvention Chapter II Speaker: Alain Benichou, President, IBM Greater China Group Alain Benichou President, IBM Greater China Group Visit us on LinkedIn Alain Benichou was appointed as General Manager, Greater China Group, in March 2019. Prior to this position, Alain was General Manager Global Enterprise & Commercial, responsible for total IBM revenue for Enterprise and Commercial accounts in the 175 countries where IBM operates. In 2016 he was Global Vice President, Strategy & Solutions in charge of strategic transformation projects and led the global Industry Solutions Sales teams, Technical Sales and Industry Solution Centers. Between 2010 and 2015 Alain was CEO of IBM France, leading all IBM operations in France. Prior to that Alain held managerial positions with IBM business units based in New York USA, and Zurich Switzerland. In 2015 Alain was elected President of the American Chamber of Commerce in France where in launched the "Next Gen" initiative aimed at reinforcing start-up companies in their quest for growth and transatlantic collaboration. Alain is also Chairman of the “Institut Henri Poincaré” - the French organization regrouping all Mathematics associations. Alain graduated from CentraleSupelec engineering school in Paris, and holds the rank of Knight of the “Légion d’Honneur” in France. He is currently resident in Beijing, China.

Natalie held various sales position serving clients in Public Sector, Finance, Banking, Insurance and General Business locally and regionally. She was IBM Hong Kong Chief Marketing Officer during the period of 2013-2015. In IBM, she is recognized as a certified selling professional Level III and holds a silver badge on Retail Insight & Solution. Natalie holds a Bachelor Degree of Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA majoring in Marketing and International Business from University of Western Ontario.
