The world is beginning to recognise climate change as a threat multiplier, and a failure to address it increases the impact of other risks. Our research shows that leading companies are unlocking capital by developing sustainability strategies and investing in sustainability interventions. These companies improve ESG rating and benefit from the increased confidence of consumers, investors and regulators. Technology is the key enabler and IBM Hybrid Cloud and AI help drive quicker results to meet sustainability goals.
IBM is committed to the sustainability agenda. IBM is on course to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and is eager to partner with organisations to meet their net zero goals.
Starting September 2021, we are launching a series of sessions on sustainability, exploring topics such as emissions reporting, carbon tracking, climate risk and performance improvement. The sessions will feature eminent speakers from the industry and innovative solutions from IBM and our partners. IBM will also co-invest in the development of a minimum viable product (MVP).
We invite you to join us in a virtual roundtable series every month starting 9 September, Thursday. In each session we will select one of your problem to co-invest in minimum viable product (MVP) solution development.
