The health of our attendees - clients, partners, and employees - is our top priority. IBM is committed to protecting against COVID-19 and assist with the prevention of secondary transmission and international spread of the disease.

Please note:

If you are unwell, have recently received a positive Covid-19 test, are exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has been exposed to or tested positive for Covid-19, we ask that you not attend this in-person event. Please reach out to for options to access content and materials online. (if applicable)

Local health and safety guidelines will be followed onsite, and additional protocols may be implemented by IBM. These include enhanced cleaning initiatives, social distancing, and may include required mask-wearing during some, or all elements of the event. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

We ask that all registered attendees perform a self-assessment 24 hours in advance of joining our event:

Self-assessment:

Within the last 14 days, have you been in close contact with a person confirmed to have a COVID-19infection or a person-under-investigation case (PUI)?

PUI:

- A person with fever and at least one respiratory symptom (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing) and with an exposure to a confirmed case

- A person notified by the local health authority to be a PUI

- A person with whom test results are inconclusive or awaiting test results

Within the last 14 days, have you been asked to go into self-isolation by your doctor or local health authority?

Do you have cough, cold, fever (≥37.5C/99.5F), shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, tiredness, aches and pains, new loss of taste or smell?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, we would like to make other arrangements to share the on-site information with you.  Please reach out to for details.
