Donna Dillenberger is an IBM Fellow at Thomas J. Watson Research Center. She has worked on analytic models for financial, insurance, retail and healthcare industries, and has designed new features for systems that help scalability and availability. Additionally, she is a Master Inventor, an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, the CTO of IT Optimization at IBM. Currently, she is working on artificial intelligence, counterfeits, blockchain and enterprise solutions.

Pavel is a Partner & Head of Data Science Consulting Practice based out of Canada. He leads a technology agnostic growing global practice of data strategists, scientists, meta-data managers, hybrid cloud platform architects &software engineers. He is frequently engaged by Fortune 500 enterprise digital transformation executives (both central and federated stakeholders) in financial, natural resources and telecom sectors to co-create data informed enterprise that leverages itsinformation to make higher quality decisions and interventions. In addition to his role at IBM, Pavel is an affiliated researcher & lecturer at Queen’s Smith School of Business focusing on "Ethically Aligned Digital Transformation” to enable Ethical AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Monetization and Future of Enterprise & Work related initiatives. Pavel regularly speaks at global conferences, advises venture capital firms and supports several government digital economic development agencies.

Claude Reeves is Canadian Country Manager for Red Hat, the world’s leading provider of open source enterprise IT software solutions and services. Together with his direct and extended teams, he is guiding Fortune 500 leaders as they navigate the new hybrid cloud-first world of open source applications and technology powering digital transformation. He believes that bringing value to every conversation and creating win/win relationships are foundational to having great customer relationships and sustainable growth.


Claude joined Red Hat Canada ten years ago as client executive with a deep understanding of the enterprise software sales cycles and strategies. He began his career in Toronto as a consultant and developer focused on enabling applications in the early days of the web before moving to Boston. Before joining Red Hat, he worked for HP, CA Technologies, Datawatch Corporation and has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. A passionate advocate of gender diversity, he hosts an annual Women and Leadership event for female IT executives and partners with clients on regular workshops to examine issues critical to support gender parity. He studied in history and geography from Concordia University in Montreal. Born and raised in Toronto, Claudenow lives in Montreal with his family.

Lend a hand

Thank you to everyone, who took a moment, while at IBM Canada THINK Summit to give back to at risk youth in the GTA. Over 800 relief kits were assembled for Covenant House Toronto to distribute to homeless youth.
