Meet ShuDon…

I joined IBM as part of the P-TECH program in NYC, where I graduated in 4 years with my High School Diploma and Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems.
I love the culture here – yes it sounds cliché, but IBMers are really lovely! The environment is welcoming and exciting, no matter your background. Best of all I’ve found a bunch of people around the world who are just like me.

IBM has provided me the flexibility to take on so many things! I’m currently working full-time, am a full-time doctoral student, a Company Commander in the Army Reserve, and a wife and mom that prioritizes family above all else without guilt.
