Our clients are looking for trusted, technical experts to help them deploy, adopt, and get value out of their software and services. This is where the Customer Success Manager Architect comes in. Our CSM Architects are technical experts who work with our customers post sales ensuring their business goals are met with our software and services.

You’ll identify and implement use cases, design solution architectures, co-create on MVPs, and ensure the MVPs scale into production.
