You can generate post search analytics to track more than you know: search effectiveness, multi-search sessions, issues that generate no search results, and post search content engagement.   Watson Customer Experience Analytics has more capacity purchasing options. In February we introduced an enhanced capacity option of a “1 Million Events” increment in lieu of the larger “5 Million Events” increment for the Standard and Premium Editions. This option gives organizations the flexibility to purchase increments closer to the exact capacity they require, avoiding the need round up to the next 5 million events.
