Various updates and enhancements are provided for TPF Operations Server.

Product enhancements
TPF Operations Server 1.2.06 was updated to TPF Operations Server 1.3.
TPF Operations Server 1.2.06 C++ APIs, REXX APIs, and server components are constrained by the inherent 2 GB memory limitation of 32-bit architecture. Additionally, the 32-bit time functions used in C++ will overflow on January 19, 2038, at 03:14:07 UTC (known as the Year 2038 problem or Y2038), and the time value will be incorrect and affect the TPF Operations Server C++ components.
TPF Operations Server 1.3 is built in 64-bit architecture. Migrating to 64-bit architecture eliminates the 2 GB restriction, which enables TPF Operations Server client and server applications to leverage significantly larger memory allocations. The maximum available memory depends on the Windows operating system and physical hardware. Additionally, migrating to TPF Operations Server 1.3 resolves the Year 2038 problem by utilizing 64-bit time functions, which ensures that applications continue to function beyond 2038.
