仅当 COVARIANCE_TYPE 定义为 UN_AR1、UN_CS 或 UN_UN 时,才应使用 KRONECKER_MEASURES 关键字。
当 KRONECKER_MEASURES 和 REPEATED_MEASURES 关键字都生效时,它们可能有也可能没有公共字段,但它们的值不能完全相同(即使这些值的顺序不同也不行)。
