使用动态值

警报通知的主题和正文可以包含来自实际业务情况或者所创建警报条件的替换值。通过选择插入动态值，可以利用已定义的 KPI 参数，并且将来不再需要更改消息（例如，不必在 KPI 目标值每次更改时更改消息）。

提示： 要在最终文本中包括“%”，请添加“#”对其进行转义。这确保不会将“%”用作动态值的定界符。示例：输入 10#% 将显示 10%。

以下示例可帮助您在通过仪表板创建警报时使用动态值来定义自己的消息内容。

  1. 在警报内容选项卡上，选择定义您自己的内容。
  2. 对于主题，请接受警报的缺省名称。对于本例，警报名称是 Number of new loans for the month has reached target。
  3. 在正文下面，将会显示缺省参数（派生自条件选项卡上的所选项）：%/Number_of_New_Loans/name% Equals target %/Number_of_New_Loans/target%。每个参数都括在百分号内。
    %/Number_of_New_Loans/name%
    KPI 名称。
    Equals target
    选择的条件。
    %/Number_of_New_Loans/target%
    为 KPI 定义的目标值。
    如果为 KPI 定义的目标值是 4，那么此示例的警报通知可能类似于：

    Subject: Number of new loans for the month has reached target
    Message: Number of new loans equals target 4    .

  4. 更改消息正文，以便输出以下内容：

    Good job! The number of new loans for the current month is 4, which means we have reached our target number of 4.

    1. 在正文下面，删除现有文本并输入：Good job! The number of new loans for the current month is
    2. 输入一个空格，然后单击插入动态值。
    3. 在 KPI 名称（新增贷款笔数）下面，选择值，然后单击确定。此参数将立即插入到消息正文中：%/Number_of_New_Loans/value%。
    4. 输入消息的剩余部分：, which means we have reached our target number of
    5. 再输入一个空格，然后单击插入动态值。
    6. 在 KPI 名称（新增贷款笔数）下面，选择目标，然后单击确定。此参数将立即插入到消息正文中：%/Number_of_Completed_Loans/target%。
  5. 单击确定以保存更改，或继续进入通知选项卡以完成警报创建工作。
