    Explanation
      An attempt to release an internal CICS program, a mapset, or a partitionset failed because the program, mapset or partitionset has not been loaded or has already been deleted. This is probably an internal CICS error.

    

    System action
      The transaction is abnormally terminated with a CICS transaction dump. The name of the program for which the RELEASE was attempted can be found in the abend dump at TCAPCPI.
