PerformanceEvent (MQLONG)
This controls whether performance-related events are generated. It is one of the following values:
- MQEVR_DISABLED
- Event reporting disabled.
- MQEVR_ENABLED
- Event reporting enabled.

To determine the value of this attribute, use the MQIA_PERFORMANCE_EVENT selector with the MQINQ call.
