调查数据集可用于在调查和记分卡上运行 PowerReports 。

调查数据集每天通宵刷新，包括至少回答了一个问题的所有调查回复。 如果受访者没有填写任何答案，则该地点的答案不包括在数据集中。
注： 在这些条件下，数据集中不包含调查：
  • 调查尚未收到答复。
  • 与调查相关的位置不属于分类组。
数据集中包含的组别、地点和地区数据与月度数据集中的数据相同。 有关月度数据集的更多信息，请参阅 月度数据集主题。 数据集包括预先计算的分数、与前一期答案和分数的比较、与最高或目标分数的比较以及与受访者平均分数的比较。
注： 评分包括计算所有受访者的平均分。 当您要求参与者对第三方组织的记分卡做出答复时，请告知他们，通过对调查做出答复，他们的答案将被纳入平均分的计算中，这些平均分可能会与其他答复者共享，以反馈他们与所有答复者的平均分相比的得分情况。

Survey Name 文本 用户界面上的调查名称。
Survey Tag 文本 调查表标签在创建或复制调查表时设置。 它用于将类似的调查联系起来。 这些调查具有相同的部分和问题，但调查名称不同，生效日期和生效时间也不同。

将一项调查与上一时期的同一调查联系起来，以计算上一时期的数值。
Survey Type 文本 选项包括：
  • 调查
  • 记分卡，用于识别包含记分机制的调查。
Date From 日期 生效日期。
Date To 日期 至今有效。
Survey Response Name 文本 分配给调查回复的名称。 命名惯例通常是 surveyname-locationname。
Survey Response Status 文本 选项包括：

  • 已解决

反映与调查回复相关联的问题的状态。
Number of Mandatory Questions 数值 调查问卷中的每个问题都设置为必须回答 "是 "或 "否"。 必答题是每个受访者都必须回答的问题。 子问题或从属问题设置为 No ，因为显示它们是基于父问题的答案。 必答题的数量不一定等于调查问卷中问题的总数。
注意： 对于仅通过调查问卷门户完成调查问卷回复的用户，他们只有在回答完所有必答问题后才能提交调查问卷回复，因此对于这些类型的调查问卷，需要仔细考虑此设置。
Number of Mandatory Questions Answered 数值 已回答的必答问题数量表明调查答复的完整程度。 它表明每个受访者都必须回答的必答问题中有多少是完整的。

调查受访者在用户界面中看不到该字段，但在调查报告和调查数据集中可以看到。
Question Type 文本 选项包括：

注： 实际附件不包括在数据集中。
Answer 文本 输入问题的答案。

如果问题类型为 Attachment ，且在回答问题时上传了附件，则答案为 file attached。 如果没有附加文件，则答案为空。 数据集无法访问文件本身。
Answer Numeric 数值 如果答案是数字，则填充此字段，以便使用数学函数，如求和或求和平均数。
Answer Previous Period 文本 根据标签和生效日期对上一期同一调查中同一问题的回答。
Answer Numeric Previous Period 数值 对于前一时期，如果答案是数字，则该字段将被填入，以便您使用数学函数，如求和或求平均值。
