要访问管理控制台中的设置，请单击 故障诊断 > 日志和跟踪，然后选择服务器名称。

过程

要为 Case Builder 和 Business Automation Workflow API 应用程序配置日志记录选项:

  • 重定向日志：
    1. 单击 诊断跟踪 ，然后单击 运行时 选项卡。
    2. 在 文件名 字段中，将值更改为 installation_path/IBM/CaseManagement/logs。
  • 重定向主要应用程序服务器日志：
    1. 单击 JVM 日志 ，然后单击 运行时 选项卡。
    2. 在 文件名称 字段中，将 /SystemOut.log 和 /SystemErr.log 文件名前的路径更改为 Business Automation Workflow 日志位置。
      例如，使用 installation_path/IBM/CaseManagement/logs/SystemOut.log 和 installation_path/IBM/CaseManagement/logs/SystemErr.log。
  • 更改日志记录级别：
    1. 在 WebSphere Application Server 管理控制台中，单击 日志记录和跟踪 > 服务器 > 更改日志详细信息级别。
    2. 根据需要更改日志记录级别。
    缺省情况下， Case Builder 组件将 "消息和跟踪级别" 设置为 info 。 将这些组件重新设置为 audit 或 warning 以防止太快填充日志文件。 在 com.ibm.acm.* 下 组件，选择 com.ibm.acm.sold.* 用于设置所有 Case Builder 组件的 消息和跟踪级别 设置的节点。
