Use this MAP to resolve the following problems:
Prior to replacing the cache battery pack, it must be forced into an error state. This will ensure that write caching is stopped prior to replacing the battery pack, thus preventing possible data loss.
Identify the disk array by examining the error log and the Display Disk Array Status screen. For information regarding accessing the Display Disk Array Status screen, see Forcing a rechargeable battery error.
