準備安裝 WebSphere Automation

在安裝 WebSphere Automation 之前，叢集管理者會先準備環境。

提示: WebSphere Automation 需要 Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform 叢集。為了準備環境並安裝 WebSphere Automation，熟悉 Red Hat OpenShift 叢集管理非常有用。

開始之前

決定您的部署需求。

由 WebSphere Automation 操作器安裝 WebSphere Automation 。操作器會建立 WebSphere Automation 的實例，維持實例正常運作，並且支援升級至更新的軟體層次。.

將 WebSphere Automation 實例安裝到本身的名稱空間時，是最有效的運作方式。預設名稱空間為 websphere-automation。 WebSphere Automation 支援在相同叢集中安裝多個實例，但每一個實例都必須在其自己的名稱空間中。

依預設，WebSphere Automation 操作器會使用 Red Hat OpenShift AllNamespaces 安裝模式。此安裝模式支援 WebSphere Automation 的單一及多個實例。在 AllNamespaces 模式中，WebSphere Automation 實例會共用操作器配置，並在相同的軟體層次中執行。如果預期或想要不同軟體層次的多個版本，請將 WebSphere Automation 操作器的副本安裝到與 WebSphere Automation 實例相同的名稱空間中。

程序

確定 Red Hat OpenShift 叢集符合系統需求。
尤其是，請確定有足夠的工作者節點容量可用，且已安裝相容的持續性儲存體。
建立型錄來源。
1. 建立 IBM® 操作器型錄來源。
  請遵循 IBM Cloud Paks 文件中新增 IBM 操作器型錄的指示，來建立型錄來源。在 Operator Hub for IBM Cloud Pak foundational services中建立型錄項目。
2. 驗證 CatalogSources 安裝。
  1. 檢查 CatalogSources 操作器。

oc get catalogsource -n openshift-marketplace
```
    指令輸出會針對 CatalogSources，列出已安裝的操作器。請確定已列出 ibm-operator-catalog。

  2. 確認 CatalogSources 的 Pod 在執行中。

oc get pods -n openshift-marketplace
```
    您會希望指令輸出顯示這些 Pod 處於 Running 狀態。確保 ibm-operator-catalog Pod 已列出並達到 Running 狀態。
