RPC Call-back Procedures

Occasionally, the server may need to become a client by making an RPC callback to the client's process. To make an RPC callback, the user needs a program number on which to make the call. The program number is dynamically generated and should be in the transient range, 0x40000000 to 0x5fffffff.
