Customer Attributes
These represent the attributes related to the customer. Use these attributes to add identifiers to your queries like customer name, industry or customer type.
The following Customer attributes are supported in the Quote line :
- Attribute
- Description
- Customer Grade
- The grade associated to the customer. Customer grade is calculated based on the customer rating. Customer rating is calculated based on parameters like the customer's lifetime revenue, the customer's average lifetime revenue, the customer's revenue in the previous year, and the customer's average lifetime revenue in the previous year.
- Customer Type
- The type of customer.
- Industry
- The industry vertical to which the customer belongs.
- Customer Name
- The name of the customer.
- Customer Identifier
- The unique customer identifier.
