Obtaining IBM Toolbox for Java
IBM Toolbox for Java is available in the following forms:
- The IBM Toolbox for Java JAR files are installed in the integrated file system of IBM® i, under directory /QIBM/ProdData/OS400/jt400/.
- IBM Toolbox
for Java is also available in an open source
version. You can download the code and get more information from the JTOpen
Web site.
There are several jar files that are provided in the lib directory. The lib directory contains the base jar files. The other jar files are needed for using JDBC with newer versions of Java. The lib/java6 directory contains jars files for using JDBC 4.0. The lib/java8 directory contains jar files for using JDBC 4.2. The lib/java9 directory contains jar files for using JDBC 4.3.
