如果整個 IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS (DOORS) 資料庫毀損，請還原儲存它的磁碟。 請使用您的磁碟備份來還原整個磁碟。

如果您將 IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS - Web Access (DWA) 與 Jazz® Reporting Service 或 TRS 消費者應用程式 (例如 IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management) 搭配使用，當您還原 DOORS 資料庫時，請還原用於整合的 Derby 資料庫。 Derby 資料庫的預設位置是 <DOORSWebAccess_install_dir>\server\festival\derby\。
