安裝並配置 WebView2 執行時期

在安裝 Cognos Controller之前，您必須自行安裝 WebView 2 Runtime。 WebView 2 不是 Cognos Controller 安裝套件的一部分。

附註: WebView 2 Runtime 未套用至 Cognos Configuration 和 Controller Financial Analytics Publisher。 如果您想要在其中任一工具中存取線上說明，您的預設瀏覽器不能是 Internet Explorer。 Internet Explorer 不受 IBM Documentation支援。

程序

  1. 確定您符合系統需求。
    重要事項: 您必須執行 64 位元作業系統。 Cognos Controller 不支援 32 位元作業系統。 如需相關資訊，請參閱 IBM Cognos Controller 10.4.2 FP1 支援的軟體環境。
  2. 若要安裝 WebView2 執行時期， 移至 Microsoft 網頁 下載 WebView2 執行時期 (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/#download-section)。
  3. 在 Evergreen 獨立式安裝程式下，按一下 x64 下載按鈕。
  4. 下載並執行安裝程式檔案 MicrosoftEdgeWebView2RuntimeInstallerX64.exe
    重要事項: 您必須下載 64 位元版本的安裝程式。 Cognos Controller 不支援 32 位元版本。
  5. 啟動控制器並按 F1。

    如預期， WebView2 內嵌瀏覽器會顯示線上說明。
