Description

The PTHREAD_MUTEX_INITIALIZER macro initializes the static mutex mutex, setting its attributes to default values. This macro must only be used for static mutexes, as no error checking is performed.

Note: The pthread.h header file must be the first included file of each source file by using the threads library. Otherwise, the -D_THREAD_SAFE compilation flag must be used, or the cc_r compiler used. In this case, the flag is automatically set.
