last changed. The resource statistics field names for the resource
signature end in CHANGE_AGENT, CHANGE_TIME, CHANGE_USERID, DEFINE_SOURCE,
INSTALL_AGENT, INSTALL_TIME, and INSTALL_USERID. For detailed information
