Shortening links by using Bit.ly

Use Bit.ly to shorten URLs for content you want to share when you use Post to Social.

Before you begin

To integrate Bit.ly, you need to sign up and create a Bit.ly account. After you sign up, you can authorize the account in Acoustic Campaign.

Procedure

  1. Go to Settings > Administration > Organization Settings > Social Settings.
  2. Go to the Manage Services (Add Bit.ly URL Shortener) section.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Click Authorize.
    You are redirected to Bit.ly to allow Acoustic Campaign to access your link history and statistics.
  5. Sign in using your credentials and complete the steps on Bit.ly to connect with Acoustic Campaign.
  6. Confirm the connection.
    You are redirected back to Acoustic Campaign where you can view the newly enabled Bit.ly account.
