Analyzing your decision plan using the content set

You are now ready to analyze your decision plan using the content set.

1. Click Analysis > Analyze Decision Plan or press F9 on your keyboard. The Analyze Decision Plan wizard opens.
2. In the Analyze Decision Plan wizard, select the following Field Name check boxes:
   1. FileSystem:Move
   2. Items on Sale
   3. Product_Line
   4. SerialNumber
3. Select the following check boxes:
   1. Show the decision plan summary report when analysis is complete
   2. Show the analyzed content set when analysis is complete
   
4. Click Finish to start analyzing the decision plan.
5. Click Close on the Status Information panel. When the process is complete, two new pages open: Analyzed Content Set and Analysis Reports.
   
6. Click the Analyzed Content Set tab. The following columns are added to the original content set in this view:

   FileSystem:Move

   The value of this field for each item is the top category as classified by the knowledge base.

   Items on Sale

   The value of this field is set to 30% for some items.

   Product_Line

   For some items, the value of this field is Lotus. This means that the word Lotus was found in the Body field.

   SerialNumber

   The value of this field for some items is set to the serial number strings that were found in the body of the document. For some items, this field contains more than one value separated by a vertical line. Such a field is called a multivalue field. It means that more than one string in the document body was found by the regular expression of the Find Serial Number rule.

   Changed Fields

   The value of this field is FileSystem:Move for all items.

   Fired Rules

   The value of this field is a list of all rules that were triggered for each item.

   Tutorial_KB__categories

   The value of this field is the list of the top-scoring categories.

   Tutorial_KB__scores

   The value of this field is the list of the top scores that correspond to the categories in the Tutorial_KB__categories list.

7. Click the Analysis Reports tab to view the decision plan report. For each section in the report, you can view details of the report by selecting Click here to show report details.
