Object store considerations for workflow capabilities
An object store is a repository for storing objects (such as documents, folders, and business objects) and the metadata defining an object's classes and properties. As an administrator, you control how objects and the related metadata are stored in your system.
Object stores for documents and case solution artifacts
By default, your subscription has three object stores, OS1, OS2, and OS3. Use these object stores
as follows:

- OS1 is the document store
- OS2 is the design object store for case solutions
- OS3 is the target object store for case solutions
Audit logging
For regulatory compliance, the default retention period for log entries is 365 days. A
preconfigured sweep job runs weekly to automatically remove log entries older than 365 days. The job
runs at the following local times:
- From Friday 10 PM to Saturday 6 AM
- From Saturday 10 PM to Sunday 6 AM
If your subscription is set up to use Case Analyzer, Case History, or both, review the retention policy for your active cases. If these cases have log entries older than 365 days, you might not be able to see the case history after the sweep job runs.
