Monitoring the Db2 Mirror environment

The Db2® Mirror environment should be monitored to ensure that replication between the nodes remains ACTIVE. Monitoring both replication state and Network Redundancy Group (NRG) status is key. It is also important to understand the jobs associated with Db2 Mirror, and the messages which communicate changes in the environment. Monitoring can be done interactively, or through the use of exit programs that are registered for Db2 Mirror events.
