Top Forms Widget

The top forms widgets shows a snapshot of key performance metrics for the top-performing web forms. This includes standard, opt-out, and progressive forms.

About this task

Note: This widget does not work with classic web forms.

  • Users without landing page reporting cannot see this widget.
  • Click the Full Reports icon to open the landing page summary report.
  • You can have up to 10 Top Forms widgets on your dashboard.

Procedure

  1. After you add the top forms widget to your dashboard, hover over the Widget Toolset icon and select the Configuration icon .
  2. In the Settings - Top Forms dialog box, you can set up the following:

    Name: Change the title of the widget (optional).

  3. In the Top Forms by list, select the form metric you want to see:
    • New Contacts: Form submissions that result in a new contact being created in the database.
    • Contact Conversion %: The Number of New Contacts divided by Total Visits
    • Total Visits: All visits to a web form for a given period of time.
    • Total Submissions: All form submissions.
    • Returning Contacts: Form submissions by a contact already in the database.
  4. In the Date Range list, select the number of days you want to see data for.
  5. In the Number of forms to display list, select the number of forms you want to see.
  6. Click Update.

Results

The Top Forms widget on your dashboard reflects the changes you made.

Hover over the form name to see the form's address, path, and site name.
