New features and updates

  • The following pooled subscriptions are now available in IBM Storage Protect for Cloud Partners.

    • IBM Storage Protect for Cloud Google Workspace - Objects

    • IBM Storage Protect for Cloud Google Workspace - Users

  • MFA setup via QR code is now prompted for local users at login. MFA will become mandatory starting with the May 2026 release.

  • When adding a new tenant in IBM Storage Protect for Cloud Partners, you can now enter a SharePoint Online admin center URL to ensure full SharePoint feature support.

  • The Unlimited users subscription model is now supported in the IBM Storage Protect for Cloud Microsoft™ 365 service.
