Java Based Mining Visualization Applets

You can install the Mining Visualizers on your computer and use them as stand-alone product. You can also install the Mining Visualizers on a Web server and use them as a Java™ applet that is embedded in an HTML document.

You can store the HTML documents that embed the Intelligent Miner® Visualization Applet on a Web server. You can view the HTML documents on the intranet with a Java enabled Web browser, for example, with Mozilla Firefox or with Internet Explorer. An installation on clients is not required.

If you use the Intelligent Miner Visualization Applet, you can deploy the same features and the same interactions as if you had installed the Intelligent Miner Visualizers on your computer.

When the visualizer is started as an applet, the Warning - Security window might be displayed. It shows that the signed applet is distributed by IBM® and that the security certificate has expired or is not yet valid. Clicking More Details opens the Details - Certificate window. The Details - Certificate window shows the expiration date of the certificate.

In the Warning - Security window, you can select Yes or Always because the security certificate was issued by a company that is trusted.
