Changing your account information

The information on the My account page comes from a combination of B2Bi SaaS Hub, the Settings page in the banner, and the Profile page on the My IBM website.

Some information can be changed with an edit icon or link directly on the page. For information without an edit icon or link, you can check this table to see the origin of the information and learn how to change it, if applicable.

Note: Information that is changed on My IBM can take up to an hour to show up in B2Bi SaaS Hub and B2Bi SaaS applications.

Field Origin How to change it
Your name The NAME field on My IBM. Click the dropdown next to your email address in the banner, then click Profile to go to your profile on My IBM. In the Contact section, click the edit icon next to NAME.
Your email address (on the My account page) The EMAIL field on My IBM. This email address is used for invoices and password reset links.
Note: This email address might be the same as the email in the IBMid field on My IBM, but it is not required to be.
Click the dropdown next to your email address in the banner, then click Profile to go to your profile on My IBM. In the Contact section, click the edit icon next to EMAIL.
Your email address (between the bell and question mark icons in the banner) The IBMid field on My IBM. You type this email address when you log in with your IBMid and password.
Note: This email address might be the same as the email in the EMAIL field on My IBM, but it is not required to be.
Click the dropdown next to your email address in the banner, then click Profile to go to your profile on My IBM. In the Security & privacy section, click the edit icon next to IBMid.
Your display language (in the banner and the navigation menu) The Settings page in the banner From B2Bi SaaS Hub, click the dropdown next to your email address in the banner, then click Settings and select a language from the Preferred language dropdown. This language setting is handled separately from your B2Bi SaaS Hub language, which you can change directly on the My account page.
SCI account ID B2Bi SaaS Hub This value is fixed and cannot be changed.
