Getting started for users
Begin your journey with IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS. Learn how to get started with B2Bi SaaS Hub and use your B2Bi SaaS applications with ease.
Step 1: Check your email for an invitation
When you are invited, you receive an email invitation from B2Bi SaaS, which allows you to access all of your B2Bi SaaS applications. Your email invitation includes the applications that you have access to, if any, and a custom message from your administrator, if they chose to write one.
Clicking the email's Set up now button takes you to the IBM Sterling login page, where you can access B2Bi SaaS Hub by logging in with your IBMid or creating one if you don't have one already. Be sure to bookmark this login page for future access.
Step 2: Take an introductory tour
A quick way to acclimate yourself to B2B Integration SaaS is to take an introductory tour of the B2Bi SaaS Hub user interface. This tour shows you not only where to manage your account, but also where to find your B2Bi SaaS applications, where to go if you have questions, how to quickly contact IBM Support, and more.
- From B2Bi SaaS Hub, click the ? icon in the banner to open the Help menu.
- Click the Show me how tab.
- Click Take an introductory tour.

Step 3: Review your account information
- Update your time zone, so that the times that are displayed in B2B Integration SaaS reflect your local time.
- Reset your password.
- See all the accounts that are linked to your IBMid, and the application access associated with each account.
- Link any other accounts that you might have to your IBMid (although most users have only one account).
- View or change your data collection consent status.
Reviewing these account details ensures that you are familiar with your application access and that your settings are configured the way that you would like.
